RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
1. Right of Withdrawal
Under European Union regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email at warningdept@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires.
2. Refund of Order Costs
Upon withdrawal, we will refund the full price of the product as well as the standard outbound shipping costs you paid at checkout. We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item or confirmation that it has been sent back, whichever comes first. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
3. Return Conditions
Returned items must be:
- unused and undamaged
- in their original packaging
- complete (with all parts and accessories included)
We do not accept returns for items that show signs of use or have been damaged due to customer mishandling.
4. Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
5. Return Process
- Contact us at warningdept@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Send the item back to our address within 14 days of notifying us.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund within 14 days to the original payment method.
6. Complaints & Defective Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of discovering the issue. In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
